Most important point to note in any biryani recipe is to cook basmati rice with perfect aromatic fragrant, with aromatic spices, herbs and boiled egg to add at perfect time so that our biryani give us the perfect taste. here we are going to prepare this in one pot you may try this in pressure cooker Instant pot. this is one of the mist easiest, delicious and flavorful biryani that you can make at home with very few basic ingredients. most I like to prepare this when I have short time yet desire to have a special meal. any drink like Coca cola jeera , onion curd raita with papads go very special with this.
This biryani is Traditionally a Dum cooked after layering partially cooked rice with layering of Fried Onion, masala etc. and this way it taste great with good flavors and can be prepares in a instant pot.
for the first time I prepare this biryani in this way but still I cant believe it was just perfect like restaurant's.

Ingredients
serving of 3 to 5
6 to 8 eggs
5 to 6 medium size fried onion
Preparation of masala
5 to 6 green chili
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
tsp of red chili (Guntur mirch)
pinch of turmeric
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp Kashmir Red chili powder
1 to 2 tsp garam masala
6 to 7 tsp hot oil
cup of curd
some coriander and mint leaves

1. Boiling Eggs in pot: Cover egg with water and boil for about 15 min (still perfectly boiled) turn off gas and rest for 5 min. shell the eggs. (No need to fry- A perfect secret/way is waiting for)
2. Making egg biryani:
Take a pan and add oil to high temperature, add slice onion and take it off. (for perfect crispiness we may fry onion twice to get perfect crispy flavor.
3. when it perfectly ready take same oi and add in a same bowl where we added green chili, ginger garlic paste, red chili (Guntur mirch), pinch of turmeric, coriander powder, Kashmir Red chili powder, garam masala mix all together and add egg and coated egg with masala and take them off. this step help use to save time also help to prepare in one pot and also give a good taste because of same oil that use to cook barista.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and mix all together that raw smell good taste good.
5. Add fried onion, cup of curd, some coriander and mint leaves mix and cook on low flame while mixing on low flame for about 5 min. once oil separation start relax mixing/stirring masala, at a same time add eggs and cook for about 5 min more on low to medium flame. once it ready you may take of and enjoy this wonderful masala egg curd gravy with chapati roti, naan, white rice.
6. Preparation of white aromatic rice: for this take a large kadhai/pan add salt to taste, inch of cinnamon, cloves, green black Elaichi/cardamomum, 2 bay leaf, coriander, ghee and mint leaves and at the end never forget to add pinch of ginger garlic paste that help to improve flavor.
7. Once water boiled add at least 30 min soaked clean Basmati long grain rice and cook about 90%(only if we prefer to cook in home we miss to have perfect bowls to prepare and that's why it may difficult to get cook in time) other wise dum flavor prefer a first layer of 70% cook rice, next layer of 85-90 % cook rice. strain the cook rice and add in gravy layer by layer.
8. End with layering gravy, cook rice, barista, coriander, mint some food color and close with aluminum foil and give dum for about 10 to 15 minutes on medium low flame.
9. Once dum completed rest for about at least 5 min and max 10 minutes and serve with joy, love, raita, curry and lemon.
